Admitted Student Days for the Class of 2020
Saturday, April 9, 2016 and Saturday, April 16, 2016
Whether you’re an Ole, or just don’t know it yet, come to one of our Admitted Student Day programs. You’ll have a chance to meet your classmates, get a head start on planning your first year, and talk to faculty and staff about what to expect. And, of course, you’ll get to enjoy a Bon Appétit meal, take a look around the campus, and see yourself as an Ole! The April 9 and April 16 Admitted Student Day programs are very similar each day (same session offerings, some different panelists and presenters). The day begins with check-in at the Buntrock Commons and breakfast in Stav Hall. The formal program begins in Boe Memorial Chapel at 9 a.m. The day includes a variety of information sessions by faculty, staff, and students, plus lunch and campus tours. The program ends around 2:45 p.m. More detailed information about the program is available at 2016 ASD Schedule.

Minnesota Private College Week
Monday, June 20 through Friday, June 24, 2016
To launch the summer visit season, Minnesota Private College Week provides lightning fast introductions to a wide range of schools. MPCW programs are offered in the morning and afternoon. Each half-day session will give you a taste of what it means to study the liberal arts at St. Olaf. (In case you’re wondering, it means you can study just about anything, do just about anything, and meet people from all 50 states and 82 countries who will join you for the journey.)
Bring the questions that will shape your college search:
- What is the academic program?
- What kinds of extracurricular, international, and off-campus study programs are offered?
- What is it like to live on campus?

Summer Visit Days
Monday, July 11 and Monday, August 8
For a more extensive visit day experience, join us for a Summer Visit Day program. We’ll answer your questions about admission and financial aid and offer you a brief STO Talk to introduce the classroom experience at St. Olaf. You’ll have a chance to talk with faculty (we were rated #2 in the nation for quality of teaching) and current students. On a student-led campus tour, you’ll check out Regents Hall of Natural and Mathematical Sciences (ranked #2 for science labs and facilities, but who’s counting?), the Fine Arts and athletic facilities, and the natural lands. You will also enjoy a meal served by our award-winning food service (consistently among the best in the nation, if such ratings matter).
When you’re here, you’ll see that it’s easier to do great things when you’re in a great place.
