Effective, integrated communications strategies require careful planning. We encourage on-campus departments and offices who work with us to allow ample time for project development, design, and production.
Publications and Graphic Design
Inquire about your next printed project by calling our office at x3032 so we can review your needs and determine if the project can be handled in-house or whether you might better be served by working with a freelance vendor.
The services of our marketing and communications team are paid for by the college; all other expenses (printing, photography, outside services) are your responsibility.
Whether you’re simply interested in establishing a website for your department or office, or need something as complex as a registration form for a three-day event, the Marketing and Communications office, in partnership with Information Technology, is available to help. Contact David Gonnerman, associate director for digital media: x3315, email@example.com.
In addition to generating photos, the Marketing and Communications office often coordinates photographers for major campus events such as Week One, Honors Day, Homecoming, Christmas Festival, and Reunion Weekend. These photos are used in college publications and become part of our image library. Contact us (x3032) to discuss your needs.
The Marketing and Communications office maintains a library of images for use in the college’s various communications projects. The images are digital and are available for viewing in our office. You are welcome to ask for specific photos or come to our office to browse the image library. Please visit the college archives for older images. Contact us (x3032) to discuss your needs.
