High Performance and Stroke Technique

Q: What is the difference between the Stroke Technique swim camp and the High Performance swim camp?
A: Both camps concentrate on the fundamentals: strokes, starts, and turns. High Performance
campers will work on weight training and delve more into the strategies of competition, psychology, and team building.

Q: My child is on medications, can you store the medication in a secure location?
A: A camp counselor can hold the medication in a locked room, however they cannot administer the medication to the camper.
All campers must be able to administer their own medications.

Q: I’m not sure which swim camp to send my child?
A: Median age for Stroke Technique Swim Camp is 12. If your swimmer is 14+ you should strongly consider High Perfrimance Swim Camp.

Q: How many swimmers are in each session?
A: Stroke camp will have up to 42 swimmers and High Performance will have up to 30.

Q: What is the refund policy?
A: Please read the refund policy on the registration page.

Q: My child is one year too young for camp, can they still register?
A: We maintain a wait list and if there are still openings prior to the start of camp we will fill positions with younger students. Call the camp office to get your name on the list. 507-786-3042.

Q: Can I use a credit card to pay for camp other than on-line.
A: Sorry, no. In order to meet regulations we can only take credit cards using our on-line form.
