Helpdesk:

If you need help with general computing issues, you should contact the IT Helpdesk, which is located in RML 353 *NEW LOCATION*. Common Helpdesk requests are often related to accounts and passwords, classroom technologies, equipment checkout, Gmail migration, network folder access, network registration and connectivity, printer setup, and virus removal.

The Digital Scholarship Center (DiSCO)

Staffed by Ezra Plemons, Multimedia Instructional Technologist, and student Digital Scholarship Interns, the DiSCO specializes in graphic & web design, audio & video multimedia projects, and 3D and wide-format printing.  In addition, the DiSCO provides customized workshops for St. Olaf classes in these areas, as well as GIS and Data Visualization.

Computer Repair:

If you are in need of repair services for St. Olaf equipment, contact the HelpDesk. Please include all relevant information in your message such as your name and phone extension, the location of the equipment, and a full description of of the problem.

Equipment Checkout:

Camcorders, tripods, audio recorders, projectors, speakers, light kits, and other video and audio gear are available at the Rolvaag Library circulation desk.
