The purpose of HCO is to provide an extensive understanding of the Hmong culture to the St. Olaf community and local area.

HCO meets on Tuesdays at 7:00 pm in the MCA Office.

Hmong Culture Outreach Wins $500 in Video Contest

The student group Hmong Culture Outeach (HCO) recently entered and won a contest sponsored by Three Sixty Journalism’s YEA! I’ll Vote! program encouraging young Asians to vote.  We are proud to have the video below.
