If you've lost your Ole Card, you can log in and click "Submit" to automatically disable it and start the process of requesting a new one.
Note that the cardholder is responsible for unauthorized transactions that occur before card deactivation.
There is a $25 replacement fee (charged to your Ole Dollars account) if you lose your card. The fee will not be charged for legal name changes.
After 24 hours, negative balances will be transferred to student’s tuition and fees account.
