Recreation Fitness Classes

Recreational Fitness Classes  for Interim 2016

Classes are open to students, faculty and staff. These are non-credit recreation classes.

HIIT Class with Ellie Bergstrand  –
Come to class for burst of high intensity interval body weight exercises followed by a recovery time. This class helps improve endurance, burn body fat, and  help burn calories all day long!

Thursdays  6:00 – 7:00 p.m. in South court of Skoglund gym.

SUNDAY CRUNCH with Joy Claypoole  

Sundays  5:00 – 6:00 p.m.  in the Skoglund wrestling room.

CORE OF GRATITUDE with Joy  Claypoole

Wednesdays  8:00 – 9:00 a.m.  in the Skoglund Wrestling room.

Thursdays  5:30 – 6:30 p.m. in the Tostrud FH corner.

ZUMBA Classes

Monday  6:00 – 7;00 p.m. in the South court of Skoglund gym.

Tuesday and Friday from  7:00 – 8:00 p.m. in South court of Skoglund gym.

Saturday and Sunday from 2:00 – 3:00 pm in the South court of Skoglund gym

YOGA Class
