Recreation Fitness Classes

Recreational Fitness Classes  for FALL semester 2015

Classes are open to students, faculty and staff. These are non-credit recreation classes.

HIIT Class with Ellie Bergstrand  –     STARTS Monday, NOV 16
Come to class for burst of high intensity interval body weight exercises followed by a recovery time. This class helps improve endurance, burn body fat, and  help burn calories all day long!

Mondays from 6:00 – 6:45 South court of Skoglund gym.

Thursdays from 6:45 a.m. – 7:30 a.m. in South court of Skoglund gym.

SUNDAY CRUNCH with Joy Claypoole   STARTS Sunday, NOV 15

Sundays from 4:30 – 5:30 p.m. in the Skoglund wrestling room.

CORE OF GRATITUDE with Joy  STARTS Wednesday, NOV 18

Wednesdays from 2:30 – 3:00 p.m. in the Skolgund wrestling room.

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday from  7:00 – 8:00 pm in South court of Skoglund gym.

Tuesday from  7:15 – 8:15 pm in South court of Skoglund gym.

Saturday and Sunday from 1:00 – 2:00 pm in the South court of Skoglund gym
