Pre-Registration Procedures Fall Semester, 2013-2014

Pre-registration Announcement to Students and Faculty, 3/4/2013

  • The pre-registration period will be FRIDAY, APRIL 5, 2013 – TUESDAY, APRIL 9, 2013. There will be no pre-registrations accepted before these dates.
  • Unless otherwise stated by the department or program, below, the deadline for completing the procedure for pre-registration through the department/program is NO LATER THAN 10:00 A.M. ON WEDNESDAY, APRIL 10, 2013.
  • Absolutely no additional pre-registrations will be accepted once the course submission period for registration has opened on Friday, April 12, 2013. Please be aware of the deadline dates listed and submit your request for pre-registration in a timely manner to individual departments.
  • Please note that in signing up with departments and programs to pre-register for a course. the pre-registered course becomes your first course choice in all course schedules you submit into the SIS registration system. Think carefully whether your priority is to have your pre-registered course as #1 or if an alternate course is higher priority for you.

Students must supply full name and student ID number to the department / program for which they want to pre-register courses with.

  • ALL students should review the pre-registration course list carefully. Several departments are offering an opportunity to pre-register for specific declared majors. Follow the department’s / program’s procedure for pre-registration.
  • If there is a hold on your registration, pre-registration is not guaranteed. It is the student’s responsibility to clear all holds no later than April 11, 2013 before the course submission period for registration opens on Friday, April 12, 2013. The due date for all spring semester balances and 2013-2014 deposit payment is March 15, 2013.
