Parent Coffee and Information Fair
Crossroads, Buntrock Commons
Meet and mingle over a cup of coffee with other parents and St. Olaf staff. There will be a wide variety of information tables staffed to help answer your questions about a variety of topics including; Business Office/Student Accounts, Athletics, Health Services, International Studies, Registrar, Public Safety, Housing/Meal Plans, Alumni/Parent Relations, The St. Olaf Fund, Northfield Chamber of Commerce, Manitou Messenger, Information and Instructional Technologies, Northfield Lines Metro Express, Enterprise Car, and Week One. The Financial Aid Office will be available in their office (Tomson 120) 9 a.m.–3 p.m.

Buntrock Commons South Plaza (Rain site: Stav Hall)
Lunch will continuously be served at this time.
10:30 a.m.–11:00 p.m., 11:15–11:45 p.m., 12:45–1:15 p.m.
A variety of workshops to help answer in more detail, questions you may have about your son or daughter’s first year at St. Olaf. Topics include Student Culture, Academics, Issues of Faith, International Study, and Supporting your students in their challenges.
Meet the Deans
A chance to hear an overview of St. Olaf academics and student life from Marci Sortor, Provost and Dean of the College, Greg Kneser, Vice President of Student Life, and Roz Eaton-Neeb, Dean of Students.
“A St. Olaf Welcome”
Skoglund Auditorium (streamed live for family members who could not make it to campus)
This special program will be the official welcome of both new students and their parents/guests. This event is the final activity for parents during Week One. Students leave this event immediately following the program to meet their faculty advisor in the Skoglund Fieldhouse, so plan on saying goodbyes before the program.
