Dear Class of 2012 Oles,
It seems like just yesterday we were cheering on classmates singing with Johnny Holm Band during Senior week, watching the sun rise from the football field, or waking up to 3 a.m. fire alarms in Ytterboe, but believe it or not, that was five years ago! We hope we will see you June 2 – 4, 2017 for our 5-year reunion! This will be your chance to return to the Hill and celebrate the things that brought our class together and honor what each of us has experienced and accomplished since that steamy, sweaty, hot mess of a graduation day five years ago.
Rather than focus on how the current students are making St. Olaf great (they are!), the campus is continually improving (it is!), and how St. Olaf Alumni continue to make an impact on the world (it’s true and you are one of them!), please take a few minutes to think back to the years 2008-2012 and the wonderful people that made those four years so great. We hope to get as many of you lovely people back to campus to reconnect, reminisce, and re-experience the place it all began! Please visit the St. Olaf Class of 2012 Facebook page, complete the fun facts survey coming via email in the spring, and keep an eye out for more information coming soon. We are also planning to have a photo slideshow during one of our dinners, so we’d love to receive photos of your favorite times at Olaf and in your time since the Hill! Enclosed you’ll find an overview of weekend events including Friday Happy Hour (drinking is ALLOWED on campus during Reunion Weekend!), Saturday’s All Class Parade, and Saturday night music fun times. We’ll also be able to stay on campus during the entire weekend, reliving the days of lofted beds, communal bathrooms, and lounge gatherings – start thinking about who’s going to be your reunion roommate! Also start considering your ability to help us reach our Class of 2012 Reunion Goals of $9,000 St. Olaf Fund dollars raised and 20% class participation, which is about 150 people- can we do it?! We think so!

End your day at the Mellby Tent mixing and mingling with alumni and old friends while enjoying entertainment, dancing and refreshments.
Saturday, June 3
Join in on the fun of the reunion Class Parade, celebrating eight decades of St. Olaf Alumni.
This premier celebration is a must-attend! President David R. Anderson ’74 will give his State of the College address and representatives from each class will present their class gift to the college. The celebration will be held in Boe Memorial Chapel.
All reunion classes and guests are welcome to enjoy lunch together on the Campus Green.

Each room includes two twin beds, bed linens, and towels. Bathrooms are shared facilities, designated as women’s or men’s. The Class of 2012 will all be housed together in Mohn Hall.
