Class of 1957 – 60th Reunion

Dear Class of 1957,

It’s really hard to believe that we graduated from St. Olaf 60 years ago. But we did! Now we want you to return to the Hill and be part of the celebration, so be sure to mark June 2-4, 2017 on your calendar.

The committee is working to create a very memorable time for all of us when we gather once again on campus for food, fellowship, and a wide variety of activities. The older we get, the more we treasure friendships. There will be time to reminisce and also share plans for our future.

The college has set forth a myriad of activities for us during our reunion. Friday will feature Alumni classes in the afternoon, and a special dinner for our class that evening. Garrison Keillor will lead a sing-along in Boe Chapel and there will be entertainment in the Pause starting at 9 p.m.

On Saturday, we will join the All-Class Parade and the All-Alumni Celebration, where class representatives from each class will present their class gift to the college. If you have already made a gift, thank you; if you haven’t, now would be a good time. There will be an All-Reunion lunch following the celebration. At 2:30 p.m. the nurses will enjoy a mini-reunion. There will also be many other activities that afternoon. Saturday, at 6 p.m., we will enjoy our program and dinner.

Our class will be staying together in Ytterboe Hall. We hope you’ll be able join us. That will give all of us even more time to be together.

We are certainly looking forward to seeing everyone in June.
