Class of 1952 – 65th Reunion

Dear 52ers,

65 years?! It is hard to believe! We can’t be that old! As we reflect on our years at St. Olaf, – favorite professors, relaxing fun in the Den, sneaking out to dances at Carleton (girls only of course), and oh those green beanies. What’s your favorite memory?

We hope you can come to celebrate, but not too strenuously, for our reunion festivities. When asked, “How are you?” A response could be, “On an age-adjusted basis, not too bad.”

There will be a Friday night dinner where our class will be seated together. On Saturday attend the all-class luncheon, where we will have a special area reserved for us. Your committee is preparing a program after the all class lunch to be held in a private room. It will include a fun surprise brain activity, but we’ll keep it short to allow plenty of time for socializing and sharing our favorite memories.

The class letter will request a donation to the St. Olaf Fund from the class of ’52. If you’ve already given, thank you. If not please consider a gift to honor our alma mater and to further the mission of our school.

We look forward to seeing you.

Your Reunion Program Committee,

Larry Christenson
Veryle Henriksen
Mary Ann Cart Matson
Val Scharfenberg Michel
Donna Vibber Roe
Jean Loy Velleu
