General Homecoming and Family Weekend FAQ\u2019s<\/h3>\n

We are excited to have you back on the Hill October 4-6! Below are details to help you navigate the weekend. Please share this information with your guests as needed.<\/p>\n

Check-In
\n<\/strong>Bring your confirmation email with you (printed or digital) for check-in at Buntrock Commons upon your arrival. Scan the QR code at a check-in kiosk. Staff in Buntrock Commons will happily assist you. A schedule will be available upon your arrival.<\/p>\n

On-site Registration<\/strong>
\nWhile pre-registration is encouraged, guests can stop by the Customer Service table in Buntrock Commons to register on-site or to add Saturday Homecoming and Family Weekend Celebration Lunch and the football game.<\/p>\n

Payment<\/strong>
\nHomecoming and Family Weekend is cashless. Payment will be accepted via credit card only for on-site registration as well as all food purchases at The Cage and Stav Hall.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/article>\n\n\t\t\t\n

Parking<\/strong>
\nUpon arriving on campus, feel free to park in any open parking space. There is usually adequate space near Buntrock Commons, Alumni Hall, Klein Field at Manitou, or in the parking lot closest to Skoglund Center. Please view the map for all parking options<\/a>.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/article>\n\n\t\t\t\n

Rain Plan
\n<\/strong>It is our hope to have activities go on without interruption. However, in the case of severe weather, there are some events that will be moved inside or potentially cancelled. We will notify you through text with the number provided during registration and\/or post signs around campus. COVID 19 VISITOR GUIDELINES<\/strong><\/h5>\n
In keeping with the college\u2019s current guidelines, COVID-19 vaccines and boosters are not required to attend Homecoming and Family Weekend. The college strongly recommends that all members of our campus community remain up-to-date with COVID vaccines, per CDC guidance. Masks are not required during any Homecoming and Family Weekend events, but visitors are welcome to wear a mask wherever they wish while visiting campus.<\/h5>\n
If a visitor begins to feel ill then we ask you to not attend public events or to remove yourself from the public event, or to put on a well-fitting mask (please do not attend indoor events if you are sick). Guests who develop COVID-19 symptoms while at St. Olaf are asked not to eat indoors. Outdoor seating will be available on the campus green.<\/h5>\n
The College reserves the right to amend these visitor expectations at any point up to or during the course of Homecoming and Family Weekend. Changes will be communicated to registered guests via email.<\/h5>\n
