Froiland Christianson, age 96, of Bloomington, Minn., passed away on Sept. 21, 2014. She was preceded in death by husband, Gordon, and son, Bruce. She is survived by children, Sandra, <strong>Paul Christianson &#8217;77<\/strong> and wife Greta, and Robert; granddaughters, Mara and <strong>Kari Christianson &#8217;14<\/strong>; brother, Rev. <strong>Sven &#8220;Phil&#8221; Froiland &#8217;50<\/strong> and wife Marilyn; sister, Ruth Hansen; and nieces and nephews, including <strong>Sonja Froiland Lynch &#8217;82<\/strong>. If so desired, memorials may be directed to Bethlehem Lutheran Church or the Hjalmer S. Froiland Scholarship at St. Olaf College.<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Clara R.
