\"343\"<\/a>One of the functions of the media room is to assist with your documentation needs. The lighting studio, located within the media room, is suitable for both 2D and 3D documentation and may be reserved by students currently enrolled in an art course and for course related projects only.<\/p>\n

Media Room Reservation Procedure\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

\n

Use the following protocol to reserve the Media Room (CAD 101) photo studio for photo\/video projects relating to current studio art coursework (including photo documentation).\u00a0 This reservation includes use of the space and three Godox SL100 LED lights with various attachments.<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Make a reservation on Google Calendar using\u00a0this link<\/a>\u00a0or the QR code below.\u00a0 For reservations longer than 30 minutes, select multiple adjacent timeslots.\u00a0 For group projects, choose one member to make the reservation.<\/li>\n
  2. At the time of your appointment, begin by finding a student worker from the Photo Lab (CAD 120) or the Art Technician (106A) and asking them to unlock the space for you.\u00a0 Note that the student worker may not have access to the calendar \u2013 be patient if they are assisting another student in the lab.<\/li>\n
  3. Fill out the Check-In Sheet.<\/li>\n
  4. Clean up at least 15 minutes before the end of your timelot, including sweeping and putting all equipment away.\u00a0 When the studio is clean, get a photo student worker or the Art Technician to check you out.\u00a0 Please don\u2019t make your student workers stay late!<\/li>\n
  5. Report any damaged equipment or missing supplies.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
