AAC reports go to the Academic Affairs Committee of the Board. For the October Board meeting, the AAC reports on OLE Core and department\/program assessment from the prior academic year; in February, the report focuses on data from institution-wide surveys related to student learning administered the prior year; the May report is used to share updates on any of the previous report topics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prior to 2023-24, the AAC submitted two reports to the Board of Regents &#8211; one for the Board&#8217;s October meeting on institutional surveys and one for their spring May meeting on department\/program assessment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4
