Each year begins with \u201cReality Check\u201d which welcomes students to discuss their successes and challenges in small groups. \u201cPathways\u201d allows seniors to share their experience and \u201cUnscripted\u201d brings alumni to campus to share their personal journey. The year culminates with \u201cCommon Ground,\u201d which provides opportunities for students and faculty to sit together in small groups facilitated by Action Team members. Faculty are encouraged to listen and ask questions concerning underrepresented students\u2019 experiences and students are encouraged to provide specific and productive feedback regarding existing initiatives.
