Tabling locations are available for student organizations, campus departments, and non-campus organizations.<\/h4>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\n\n\n\t\t\t<div\n\t\t\tclass=\"site-section site-panel__wysiwyg panel panel-wysiwyg site-section__bg--normal\"\n\t\t\tdata-depth=\"\"\n\t\t\tdata-js-panel=\"wysiwyg\"\n\t\t>\n\t\n\t\t\t<div class=\"site-section__inner l-wrapper site-section__inner--top-padding-minimal site-section__inner--bottom-padding-minimal\">\n\t\n\t\n\t\t\n\t\n\t\n\t<div class=\"site-section__content \">\n\t\t<div class=\"site-grid site-grid__wrapper site-grid__wrapper-stagger\"\n\t\t\t data-depth=\"0\"\n\t\t\t data-name=\"columns\"\n\t\t\t data-livetext>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"site-grid__col\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"site-panel__wysiwyg-content\">\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"t-content \"\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t data-depth=\"0\"\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t data-index=\"0\"\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t data-autop=\"true\"\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t data-name=\"column_content\"\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><strong>General Tabling Guidelines<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Groups or individuals that wish to distribute or sell literature or merchandise, wish to recruit students, or seek membership or support for organizations, shall be subject to the following regulations:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All campus-affiliated organizations or individuals desiring to use a tabling location for any activity must submit a reservation via 25Live.<\/li>\n<li>Reservations for a table should be made a minimum of 48 hours in advance.<\/li>\n<li>Tables are reserved on a first-come basis.<\/li>\n<li>One tabling space can be reserved for a maximum of two days per week per host organization or initiative unless special permission has been granted.<\/li>\n<li>Sound amplification is allowed at a reasonable level.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a class=\"btn btn--lg\" style=\"width: 50%;\" href=\"https:\/\/25live.collegenet.com\/pro\/stolaf#!\/home\/search\/location\/list\/1417766\">Reserve a Tabling Space<\/a><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Guidelines for Student Organizations<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>If your student organization is desiring to host a <a href=\"https:\/\/wp.stolaf.edu\/sa\/orgs\/finances\/fundraising\/\">fundraiser<\/a> it must be registered with the Office of Student Activities via <a href=\"https:\/\/stolaf.presence.io\/form\/event-registration\">Presence<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Guidelines for Non-Campus Organizations<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Non-campus organizations or individuals whose purpose is selling merchandise or services or distributing literature and\/or information are prohibited from on-campus activity unless sponsored by an officially recognized student organization or department or approved by the <a href=\"mailto:buntrock@stolaf.edu\">Buntrock Commons staff<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>St. Olaf College reserves the right to determine what items can be sold on campus and in what locations.
