Clear the filter to see all timecards.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2338\" src=\"https:\/\/wp.stolaf.edu\/business-office\/files\/2026\/04\/image7-4.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1245\" height=\"545\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It will look like this after the filter is cleared.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2332\" src=\"https:\/\/wp.stolaf.edu\/business-office\/files\/2026\/04\/image1-8.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1355\" height=\"883\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click the start date of the affected pay period to open the timecard.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2339\" src=\"https:\/\/wp.stolaf.edu\/business-office\/files\/2026\/04\/image8-4.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1052\" height=\"563\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click the three dots near the top of the timecard, and select \u201cView Approval History.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2337\" src=\"https:\/\/wp.stolaf.edu\/business-office\/files\/2026\/04\/image6-4.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1106\" height=\"570\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You will be able to view the approval workflow on the right side of the screen. If you have multiple supervisors, you will be able to see who has or has not approved the timecard. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2334\" src=\"https:\/\/wp.stolaf.edu\/business-office\/files\/2026\/04\/image3-6.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"542\" height=\"523\" \/><\/p>\n<p><em>Note: Once you have opened a submitted or approved timecard, you MUST use \u201cCancel\u201d to close it.
