Calendar year 2024 and 2025 W-2 documents can be access via Oracle or ADP once available. Please review these instructions<\/a> for information on how to view and download your W-2 AFTER you are notified the form is available.<\/p>\n

When are the College Paid Office Closure days?<\/span><\/p>\n

\n

The College Paid Office Closure days will be for the workdays falling between the Christmas and New Years Eve holidays. The specific dates will be communicate annually.<\/div>\n<\/p>\n

Will I get overtime if I work on a College Paid Office Closure day?<\/span><\/p>\n

\n

No, overtime will not be calculated with College Paid Office Closure days.<\/div>\n<\/p>\n

If I work and have College Paid Office Closure days and College Holiday over 40 hours will I receive overtime?<\/span><\/p>\n

\n

No, College Paid Office Closure and Holiday will not count towards overtime.<\/div>\n<\/p>\n

Will my College Paid Office Closure days and College Holiday pay have my retirement (403b) contributions included?<\/span><\/p>\n

\n

Yes, these additional paid days will count towards any of your retirement contributions.<\/div>\n<\/p>\n

What if I have to work on a College Paid Office Closure day?<\/span><\/p>\n

\n

If you have to work on a College Paid Office Closure day, supervisors will need to inform the Payroll Office of all employees that were\u00a0required\u00a0<\/b>to work, 8 hour day. These individuals will enter their worked hours as normal, they will not enter College Paid Office Closure hours for that day but instead will receive a Personal Choice Day to use before the end of the following calendar year.<\/div>\n<\/p>\n

How do I know which dates are College paid days?<\/span><\/p>\n

How do I enter Holidays or College Paid Office Closure days (non-exempt eligible staff only)?<\/span><\/p>\n

Within Oracle, on your time card, select the drop down where you see Regular and you will have the Holiday option or for eligible dates College Paid Office Closure, enter the number of hours up to 8 that you would have been scheduled for that date in worked hours.<\/div>\n<\/p>\n

I am part time, am I eligible to receive holiday and College Paid Office Closure days?<\/span><\/p>\n
