Are you mindful or are you mind full?

Mindfulness is something all humans naturally possess but is more readily available to us with practice. In this presentation, we’ll be doing some grounding exercises and diving deeper into the world of mindfulness. Come learn about the many benefits of mindfulness and how to incorporate mindful practices into your life here on the hill!

The learning objective is to make students shift their attention towards reflective behavior rather than ruminating behavior. To help students understand the benefits of practicing mindfulness and being aware of the current moment
