The Reed will be making crepes to sell as a fundraiser for our spring publication costs. We will make the crepes in the OSA Kitchenette and bring them out to cage tabling where we will have topping for people to choose from.
-eggs and milk will be stored in the OSA Kitchenette fridge and will not be left unrefridgerated
-crepes will be covered with foil when transporting from Kitchenette to Cage Tabling
-we will wear masks and food safe gloves and have our hair tied back at all times (including while preparing the crepes and adding toppings)
-No hot appliances will be left unattended
