Expect Respect: A 2-Day Interpersonal Violence Prevention Workshop is a workshop (December 4 & 5, 12pm-3pm) aimed at preventing interpersonal violence at the community level. The peer-facilitated series will explore the intersectional nature of sex, culture, and violence to provide participants realistic tools necessary to create and foster a safe environment. Throughout the workshop, videos, role-plays, and other interactive exercises are utilized to help participants apply the concepts in the curriculum to their own lives. Upon successful completion of this series, participants will receive a certificate of participation, t-shirt, and Pause certificate for a small pizza. Our first workshop will take place on December 4 & 5 from 12:00-3:00pm, in Holland Hall 502. Participants must attend both days. =
Before signing up, please ensure you are fully committed to participating in both days of the workshop. If you are interested in participating in this workshop, fill out this form by Tuesday, November 30 to secure your participation.
