Film Screening and Panel Discussion: "Ways of Being Home - Between Northfield & Maltrata"

All are welcome to attend the film screening and panel discussion of Ways of Being Home- Between Northfield and Maltrata on Monday March 13 6:00–8:00 p.m. in Tomson 280. The panel discussion will follow the film screening.

This intimate cinematic portrait of two small towns, one in Mexico and one in Minnesota, is an evocative audiovisual meditation on the experience of Mexican immigrants living and working in rural America. Throughout the film, the voices of fiercely determined, hard-working women coalesce to offer a nuanced portrait of a transnational community.
