Mindful Walk in the Natural Lands

Looking for a relaxing homework break on a Sunday afternoon? Take a stroll through the Natural Lands with mindfulness activities guided by a Wellness Center Peer Educator! Join us and bring your friends for this 1.25 mile, 60-90 minute walk. We will be following the Big Prairie Loop and the Windmill Trail, so terrain is as follows: wide dirt trail transitioning into a wide trail on short grass, followed by a short distance on a narrow dirt trail, before the trail becomes wider again on the Windmill Trail. All trails have minimal holes/disturbances, and we will encounter 2 short hills. Walking pace will be relaxed and determined by participants so that it will be comfortable for everyone!
