Napping 101: Learning to Rest Excellently

Description:Perpetual tire-tude, a primary symptom of college! This presentation has been designed as a counter to the state of fatigue that many of us (all of us?) experience or likely will experience during our college years. Specifically, this presentation is a 45-minute plug for napping. It will cover the benefits of napping and outline strategies and techniques that we can use to make a good nap an effective piece of our well-being routines. It is recommended that you show up (to the zoom) with a pillow accessible.
