Racial Equity & Disability Inclusion and Storytelling for Nonprofits (MN Council of Nonprofits & Social Impact Scholars)

This session, presented by Ashley Oolman of Allied Folk and Neil Chudgar of Chudgar Consulting, will walk through the importance of making sure our missions and work are grounded in racial equity and disability inclusion. This framework will inform the second portion of the session, using storytelling to share the mission in a way that expresses the importance of the work and how to inspire your audience to action.
This is an excellent opportunity to learn about the sector, which can be useful when applying to jobs and internships focused on social impact in the future!
Note – students who are current participants in the Social Impact Scholar program will be attending in person. Other students and alumni are welcome to join the session virtually, via the URL here:
