San Francisco Oles: Let's Make Lefse!

Bay Area Ole alums and friends are reviving the old tradition of gathering to make lefse and celebrate the holiday season together. No prior lefse-making experience is necessary; we’re excited to be led in the process by our resident experts!
Light appetizers and drinks will be provided. Bring friends, family, and join us in making this traditional Norwegian holiday treat!
What to Bring
- Attendees can optionally bring a lefse turner, rolling pin, and/or a lefse griddle if they have one.
- Attendees should bring a mixing bowl and kitchen towel.
- Attendees can optionally bring / wear an apron.
