The St. Olaf Choir, conducted by Anton Armstrong ’78, presents its tour home concert. The St. Olaf Choir, with 75 mixed voices, is the premier a cappella choir in the United States. For over a century, the choir has set a standard of choral excellence and remained at the forefront of choral artistry. Conducted since 1990 by Anton Armstrong, the St. Olaf Choir continues to develop the tradition that originated with its founder, F. Melius Christiansen.
Until further notice, this concert will not be open to the general public due to the college’s current COVID-19 mitigation measures and Orange campus alert level. The concert is only open to members of the St. Olaf College campus community (current students, staff, and faculty), and to two guests of each performing ensemble member, who must be fully vaccinated. All concert attendees must provide proof of vaccination at the door. Guests of performing ensemble members will be added to the concert’s guestlist, and screened at the door by ushers. All audience members must remain fully masked for the duration of the performance. We look forward to welcoming members of the general public back to our concerts as soon as we are able to do so.
