Starting/Returning to a Healthy Sleep Schedule

Why should having a healthy sleep schedule be your top priority? Does eating affect your sleep schedule? To what does the term “sleep hygiene” refer? What has to be done to improve sleep routine? This presentation is hosted by Yalda and will be focused on physical and emotional wellness. Participants will gain insight into an impact of a good sleep schedule on their daily life. This presentation is intended for people who have trouble creating a healthy sleep schedule and is open for all St. Olaf students to attend.
