Weekly Meditation Group

Are you interested in different kinds of meditation? Are you experiencing stress and anxiety and looking for ways to calm down? Come to the weekly meditation group led by peer educator Julia Hodel. We will try different kinds of meditation (including mindfulness, focused meditation, progressive relaxation, and more) for 30 minutes every Wednesday night at 8:00. Meditation has been proven to reduce stress and other negative emotions while also increasing self-awareness and focus.  All students from all experience levels are welcome!
