SUMMARY:Staying Rooted: Embodied Practices for Uncertain Times
DESCRIPTION:The St. Olaf community is welcome to attend “Staying Rooted: Embodied Practices for Uncertain Times”\, led by Jamil Stamschror-Lott\, mental health therapist and owner of Creative Kuponya in the South Minneapolis community and a 2024 Bush Foundation Fellow. This workshop explores how to navigate constant change without losing your values\, face challenges with integrity\, and build mental\, emotional\, and social resources through collective care. Through practical tools and guided reflection\, we’ll examine what it means to sustain ourselves\, and our communities\, during difficult times.
