DeVon Nolen \u2013 Nolen serves as a <a href=\"https:\/\/mplsclimate.org\/\">Community Engagement Consultant for Minneapolis Climate Action<\/a>, bringing 27 years of experience in effective community engagement. As a member of the founding cohort for the Environmental Justice Coordinating Council (EJCC) with the Public Policy Project, Nolen quickly learned what it meant to live, work, play and worship in an environmentally overburdened community. Nolen&#8217;s work is about closing the gap in access to information and understanding where residents can be a part of change for the future. Nolan is excited to be a bridge for transformational change that guides people to become green, sustainable and self- reliant communities.<\/p>\n<p>Reginaldo Haslett-Marroquin \u2013\u00a0Haslett-Marroquin, founder of the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.regenagalliance.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Regenerative Agriculture Alliance<\/a>\u00a0and author of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/bookstore.acresusa.com\/products\/in-the-shadow-of-green-man\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><i>In the Shadow of Green Man<\/i><\/a>, leads the movement for developing innovative poultry-centered regenerative agriculture systems around the world. When he teaches, he is building the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.salvatierrafarms.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Salvatierra Farm<\/a>\u00a0in Minneapolis, which focuses on the development of multi-level strategies for building triple bottom-line regenerative food and agriculture systems. He currently oversees system implementation in the United States, Mexico, Guatemala, and Colombia. He graduated from the Central National School of Agriculture, and studied at the Universidad de San Carlos in Guatemala. He is also a graduate of Augsburg College in Minneapolis.<\/p>\n<p>Sharing Our Roots \u2013 This organization works at the intersection of land justice, food security, and conservation. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sharing-our-roots.org\/\">Sharing Our Roots<\/a> envisions a world where food and agriculture systems are profitable for farmers, fair to workers, beneficial to consumer health, restorative for rural communities, and regenerative for the environment.
