Long considered the king of wine grapes, Cabernet Sauvignon has a storied history and is one of the first grapes most people think of when they think of red wine. We will discuss what makes Cab such a stand-out from the vineyard to your glass and how oak became Cabernet&#8217;s best friend in the cellar.
