For security reasons, student access to RNS 341 (with the exception of Stockroom Workers) is not allowed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p style=\"display: inline !important;\"><br class=\"none\" \/><span class=\"collapseomatic arrowleft\" id=\"id69e7c3de22012\"  tabindex=\"0\" title=\"&lt;strong&gt;Sharing of Ole Card is Prohibited&lt;\/strong&gt;\"    ><strong>Sharing of Ole Card is Prohibited<\/strong><\/span><div id=\"target-id69e7c3de22012\" class=\"collapseomatic_content \">\n<ul>\n<li>Individuals (Faculty, Staff, or Authorized Students)\u00a0must not give\u00a0their Ole Card to another\u00a0individual\u00a0so that the other individual can then\u00a0gain access to the stockrooms or any other key-card room, even if the other individual\u00a0is an authorized person.\n<ul>\n<li>This is a serious safety violation; individuals who do\u00a0give their Ole Card to another\u00a0individual <a href=\"https:\/\/wp.stolaf.edu\/chemical-hygiene\/rns-building-safety-policies\/#SharingKeyCards\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">will\u00a0lose key card privileges<\/a> (and hence access) to these rooms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p><br class=\"none\" \/><span class=\"collapseomatic arrowleft\" id=\"id69e7c3de2204d\"  tabindex=\"0\" title=\"&lt;strong&gt;No Chemicals in RNS 323!&lt;\/strong&gt;\"    ><strong>No Chemicals in RNS 323!<\/strong><\/span><div id=\"target-id69e7c3de2204d\" class=\"collapseomatic_content \">\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Do not leave chemicals (packaged or not) in the RNS 323 Stockroom Managers&#8217; office.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bring\/return these items directly to RNS 341.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><br class=\"none\" \/><span class=\"collapseomatic \" id=\"id69e7c3de22087\"  tabindex=\"0\" title=\"&lt;strong&gt;Reminders for Transporting Chemicals&lt;\/strong&gt;\"    ><strong>Reminders for Transporting Chemicals<\/strong><\/span><div id=\"target-id69e7c3de22087\" class=\"collapseomatic_content \"><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All necessary PPE must be worn while handling chemicals and moving chemicals from one room\u00a0to another room.<\/li>\n<li>You must use a bucket or cart (bring the bucket\/cart with you to the stockroom). \u00a0Never hand-carry a chemical container through a public\u00a0corridor.<\/li>\n<li>Avoid moving chemicals through hallways during periods of heavy traffic (e.g., just after a class period has ended).<\/li>\n<li>When using the elevator, do not allow other passengers unless they have proper PPE.<\/li>\n<li>If you obtained a secondary container from the stockroom, please return it once it is empty.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p><br class=\"none\" \/><span class=\"collapseomatic arrowleft\" id=\"id69e7c3de220c0\"  tabindex=\"0\" title=\"&lt;strong&gt;Clean Up!&lt;\/strong&gt;\"    ><strong>Clean Up!<\/strong><\/span><div id=\"target-id69e7c3de220c0\" class=\"collapseomatic_content \">\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">When working in a stockroom, please\u00a0clean up the area afterwards.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Return any\u00a0item\u00a0to its\u00a0proper storage location.<\/li>\n<li>Place dirty\u00a0glassware in the appropriate &#8220;To Be Washed&#8221; area\u00a0(generally located near a\u00a0sink).<\/li>\n<li>Ensure\u00a0that all waste is dealt with properly.<\/li>\n<li>Check with the Stockroom Manager if unsure about what to do with an item.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><!-- begin-migrated-from-panel-builder --><!-- end-migrated-from-panel-builder --><\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>These Rules &amp;
