However, you can join late! Please email Nancy Thompson (thompsn@stolaf.edu) to express your interest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What will we discuss?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Some possible discussion topics include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Keeping your approaches to teaching effective for students and interesting to you<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prioritizing scholarly\/artistic projects and professional obligations that you find meaningful<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Balancing on-campus commitments with other aspects of work and life<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adapting to new technologies in the classroom (i.e. AI). <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What will we read?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Some possible readings include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Baker, Vicki L. <em>Managing Your Academic Career: A Guide to Re-Envision Mid-Career<\/em>.
