The workshop, \u201cRethinking our Pedagogy in Increasingly Diverse College Classrooms,\u201d considered theories, concepts and strategies that are most effective for creating inclusive learning environments in which all students \u2014 regardless of background \u2014 have a chance to be the best they can be.
