Listed below are St. Olaf resources you can use to help students who are struggling:<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><strong>Early Alert System (formerly Continuous Reporting System (CRS))<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Instructors are encouraged to use the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/cm.maxient.com\/reportingform.php?StOlafCollege&amp;layout_id=4\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">online Early Alert System <\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0that alerts the Office of the Dean of Students to students who are having attendance, academic, or personal difficulties. The form is received by the class dean, academic advisor, Center for Advising and Academic Support staff, and a TRIO SSS advisor as relevant.\u00a0 Students will be contacted and invited to meet with their class dean to discuss the problems they are experiencing in class or other areas.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><strong>Title IX Office\u00a0<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">With the exception of college-identified <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/wp.stolaf.edu\/title-ix\/campus-resources\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">confidential resources<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, all college employees who become aware of incidents or allegations of sex discrimination, sexual harassment, or sexual misconduct, <\/span><b>MUST<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> report the matter to the college.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For instructions on how to file a report to the college for someone else, visit <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/wp.stolaf.edu\/title-ix\/reporting\/how-to-report-for-someone-else\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">How to Report for Someone Else<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For advice on explaining to students your duty to report to the college, visit <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/wp.stolaf.edu\/title-ix\/help-someone-else\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Help Someone Else<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and read the <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cFor faculty, staff, and student employees\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> section.
