Watch for an email from the Registrar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>February<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.stolaf.edu\/sis\/login.cfm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/www.stolaf.edu\/sis\/login.cfm&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1710508342755000&amp;usg=AOvVaw2MhlSj8J5SqIEZ6R5U7uQL\">Apply to graduate online<\/a> using the \u201cGraduation and Commencement Application\u201d form in SIS.\u00a0 This form asks you to verify several items, including how you&#8217;d like your name to appear on your diploma and in the commencement program and whether you plan to attend the commencement ceremony. \u00a0It also requires you to record how you would like your name to be pronounced at the ceremony.<\/li>\n<li>Review your degree audit carefully and\u00a0<a href=\"mailto::registrar@stolaf.edu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">contact the Registrar\u2019s Office<\/a>\u00a0if you have questions or concerns.<\/li>\n<li>If your plans to attend\/not attend the commencement ceremony change after you&#8217;ve submitted the Graduation and Commencement Application, please\u00a0\u00a0<a href=\"mailto::registrar@stolaf.edu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">contact the Registrar\u2019s Office<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Be sure to check that you have no outstanding holds with Student Accounts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>March<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Cap &amp; Gown Orders:<\/strong> All students who ordered a cap and gown for Commencement 2026 will receive an email with information on next steps for regalia.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Commencement Weekend Registration<\/strong> Tickets for the Illumination Social and Saturday Celebration Brunch can be purchased.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>April<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>A sneak peek informational email containing Commencement Weekend information along with registration information will be emailed to graduates before Spring Break. Registration questions may be directed by email to <a href=\"mailto:events@stolaf.edu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">events@stolaf.edu<\/a> or by phone at 507-786-3031.<\/li>\n<li>\n<div align=\"left\">When ordering transcripts during spring semester, be sure to mark &#8220;send after Semester II grades and degree have been posted.&#8221; This ensures your degree will be listed. Senior transcripts will be processed and sent after Commencement.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div align=\"left\">The Financial Aid Office will email instructions to complete a REQUIRED Exit Loan Counseling for Federal Perkins and St. Olaf College Loan borrowers.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div align=\"left\">Contact the College Events Office (<a href=\"mailto:events@stolaf.edu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">events@stolaf.edu<\/a>, 507-786-3031) and the Registrar&#8217;s Office (<a href=\"mailto:registrar@stolaf.edu\">registrar@stolaf.edu<\/a>, 507-786-3015) if you will not attend graduation and did not note this on your graduation application.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Calluna Sans', -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', 'Segoe UI Emoji', Cantarell, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 1.444em;\">May<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reminder:\u00a0 When ordering transcripts during spring semester, be sure to mark &#8220;send after Semester II grades and degree have been posted.&#8221; This ensures your degree will be listed. Check your email for the link to the survey.<\/li>\n<li><a title=\"GradFest\" href=\"https:\/\/wp.stolaf.edu\/commencement\/gradfest\/\">GradFest<\/a> will be held <strong>Thursday, May 14 from 9AM &#8211; 1PM <\/strong>in Buntrock Crossroads. Visit our <a href=\"https:\/\/wp.stolaf.edu\/commencement\/gradfest\/\">GradFest page<\/a> to learn more about the event.<\/li>\n<li>In order to pick up your cap and gown, <strong>you must complete the Senior Survey.<\/strong> You may do it in person at GradFest on May 14, or complete the survey ahead of time.\u00a0 Please check your email for the link to the survey.<\/li>\n<li>Attend one Federal Loan Repayment Session. Date, time and location will be sent via email from the Financial Aid Office.<\/li>\n<li>Complete required exit loan counseling for Federal Perkins Loan and St. Olaf College loan borrowers by\u00a0<strong>May 12.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Steam your gown before the ceremony as the gowns come out of the package wrinkled. The Office of Student Activities will have a steamer available for your use\u00a0during Senior Days.<\/li>\n<li>Make sure you have no outstanding balance on your student account and no financial obligations to the college prior to Commencement. You will not be able to receive your diploma if you have outstanding fees. <a href=\"https:\/\/wp.stolaf.edu\/stuacct\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Check your account online<\/a>\u00a0or call 507-786-3766.<\/li>\n<li>Senior Days will take place the week of May 20-22, 2026.\u00a0 Check back for more information.<\/li>\n<li>Attend <strong>GradFest Thursday, May 14 from 9:00 am &#8211; 1:00 pm<\/strong> in the Buntrock Crossroads.<\/li>\n<li>On Saturday, May 23 please plan to arrive at the Tostrud Field House for <strong>Commencement rehearsal at 12:00 pm<\/strong>\u00a0 in your cap and gown with tassel.<\/li>\n<li>Follow the end of the year checkout protocol as directed by Residence Life.\u00a0Information will be available by April 15.
