The Certificate of Insurance must name \u201cSt. Olaf College\u201d as additional insured and must show evidence of Comprehensive General Liability insurance in amounts not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence and $1,000,000 in the aggregate or a combined single limit of $1,000,000.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A formal contract outlining the production and use of all imagery captured as part of the production must be signed.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Use of St. Olaf brand and marks need to be approved by Marketing &amp; Communications<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t<\/div> <!-- .site-grid__col -->\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"site-grid__col\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"site-panel__wysiwyg-content\">\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"t-content c-tile\"\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t data-depth=\"0\"\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t data-index=\"1\"\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t data-autop=\"true\"\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t data-name=\"column_content\"\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Non-Commercial Productions<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Non-commercial productions do not require completion of a filming agreement. Non-commercial productions include requests for:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Personal use, such as outdoor filming\/photography for graduation photos, engagement or wedding photos.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">News use. News organization inquiries can be directed to the Director of Public Relations.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Use by campus units as part of official business (Examples: marketing campaigns, social media videos for official pages, or instructional videos).<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Note: a written agreement (contract for professional services) between the service provider\/vendor and St. Olaf unit is
