National Wellness Month<\/h3>\n

Established in 2018, National Wellness Month encourages everyone to prioritize their well-being. Hispanic Heritage Month<\/h3>\n

Hispanic Heritage Month started in 1968 to celebrate the role and accomplishment of the Latinx communities. The dates are significant because on September 15 it is the anniversary of independence for Latin American countries such as Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, and Nicaragua. In addition, Mexico and Chile celebrate their independence days on September 16 and September 18, respectively. The celebration is closed with the last few days honoring D\u00eda de la Raza on October 12.<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t<\/div> \n\t\t\t\n\t\t<\/div> \n\t<\/div> \n\n\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\n\n\n\t\t\t\n\t\n\t\t\t

LGBTQIA+ History Month<\/h3>\n

In 1994, the observance of LGBTQIA+ History month was created by a teacher in Missouri. LGBTQIA+ History month raises awareness and recognises the history, struggles, and diversity of the LGBTQIA+ communities.<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t<\/div> \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Asian American, Native Hawaiian, & Pacific Islander Heritage Month<\/h3>\n

In 1992, Congress designated the month of November to celebrate the accomplishments and rich culture of Asian American and Pacific Islander people. The month was chosen because it commemorates the immigration of the first Japanese to the United States on May 7, 1843, and marks the anniversary of the completion of the transcontinental railroad on May 10, 1869 conducted mostly by Chinese immigrants.<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t<\/div> \n\t\t\t\n\t\t<\/div> \n\t<\/div> \n\n\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\n\n\n
