2022 St. Olaf Conference on Worship, Theology, and the Arts
We look forward to seeing you in July! Please complete a separate form for EACH individual attending
the conference.
1. Payment: This registration form is followed by an online payment section to pay your conference and (if applicable) housing fees via credit card.
2. Scholarships available to all full conference participants: Thanks to support from the Grundahl Endowment, St. Olaf is able to provide a $100 scholarship toward the cost of the conference fee to any CWTA participant who applies for it. To apply, simply check the box for requesting Grundahl Scholarship support when you are selecting your conference option, and a $100 discount will be applied to your final payment. (Single-day registrations are not eligible for scholarship support.) A $300 scholarship is available to seminary students or those who are candidates for ordination in their denomination.
3. Early bird rates are here to stay: We have decided to extend our early bird rates throughout the full registration period!
4. Cancellation costs: No refunds will be made after July 6.
5. COVID-19 policies: In order to participate in the conference in 2022, participants must be up to date on vaccinations, as defined by the CDC, OR show proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken within 24 hours (antigen) or 72 hours (PCR) of arrival on-campus. Additionally, participants must comply with St. Olaf’s COVID-19 policies which may include masking for either indoors or outdoors, presenting a negative test, and/or other protocols depending on the COVID levels at the time.
