The Mentoring Program is sponsored by St. Olaf College and TRIO ETS. \u00a0The Mentoring Program pairs St. Olaf students with ETS students. Student\/Mentor pairs exchange letters in which mentors provide access to a positive college student role model. Students and mentors meet each other three times during the year:<\/h5>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\">1) mentors visit their mentees&#8217; school<\/h5>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">2) mentors and mentees meet at a neutral location such as the Science Museum of Minnesota<\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">3) mentees visit St. Olaf College<\/h4>\n\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n\n\t\t\t<div\n\t\t\tclass=\"site-section site-panel__tabs panel panel-tabs
