Hosting an event with Minors<\/a>\u00a0 Outside groups holding events on campus are responsible and liable for ensuring the protection of minors.<\/p>\n

Departments: Reserving Rooms for outside groups<\/a> <\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0St. Olaf departments, offices, or organizations may request to\u00a0waive facility use fees for\u00a0a non-St. Olaf group if it complements the mission of the college.\u00a0The department\/employee\u00a0is to ensure compliance with all rules associated with the use of the space and represent good stewardship on behalf of St. Olaf College.\u00a0The department contact acts as event coordinator and is responsible for the successful operation of the event.<\/p>\n

Sound\/AV support in Boe Chapel<\/a><\/p>\n

Sound\/AV support in Flaten Art Barn<\/strong>\u00a0 Acoustically speaking, small events won’t need voice amplification. The TV cart in there also functions as basic speakers for simple music\/playlists. Most other events are supported by the Lion’s Pause tech staff<\/a>.\u00a0 Broadcast Media<\/a> crew will get involved if it’s something formal.\u00a0 Here’s a look<\/a> at what’s in the FAB everyday.<\/p>\n
