It includes the recognition and evaluation of inhalation hazards in our work environment, and the establishment of a respiratory protection policy that includes the selection, use, maintenance and fitting of respirators.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.stolaf.edu\/services\/physical-plant\/docs\/resp\/resp2.html#toc2\"><br \/>\n<\/a><a href=\"#top\">Top of Page<\/a><\/b><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2><a name=\"routing\"><\/a>Routing Sheet for Written Plan<\/h2>\n<ol style=\"list-style-type: upper-alpha;\">\n<li>Due to the importance of this plan to the Health and Safety of St. Olaf College, please read, sign the routing form, and pass to the next person. This section includes the following documentation forms to verify that all requirements have been met:\n<ol>\n<li>Annual Fit Test Roster<\/li>\n<li>Annual Respirator Qualitative Fit Test and Training<\/li>\n<li>Medical History for Respiratory Protection Use<\/li>\n<li>Medical Qualification for Respirator Use<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Each respirator user is provided with a card for maintenance and cleaning records. Below is a sample of this card.
