We are located on the second floor in the Madson Facilities Building, 1609 Founders Drive. The office is staffed M-F, 7:00 am \u2013 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm \u2013 4:00 pm.\u00a0 We utilize an online <a href=\"https:\/\/wp.stolaf.edu\/facilities\/work-order-system\/\">Work Order system<\/a> so that problems can be reported at any hour of the day. \u00a0<strong>If you have a facility or maintenance emergency, call the main office at 507-786-3280.\u00a0 After 4 pm and on weekends, contact Public Safety at 507-786-3666.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4><a href=\"https:\/\/wp.stolaf.edu\/facilities\/work-order-system\/\">Work Order<\/a> for non-emergency maintenance and repairs<\/h4>\n<h4>Service requests for dorm microfridges and washer\/dryer units are placed through <a href=\"https:\/\/wp.stolaf.edu\/residencelife\/\">Residence Life<\/a>.<\/h4>\n<h4><a title=\"Key System\" href=\"https:\/\/wp.stolaf.edu\/facilities\/keys\/\">Key Request\u00a0<\/a>to request key<\/h4>\n<h4>Event set up requests (including table\/chair requests) are handled by <a href=\"https:\/\/wp.stolaf.edu\/college-events\/\">College Events<\/a><\/h4>\n<h4><a href=\"https:\/\/wp.stolaf.edu\/ehs\/safety-data-sheets\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">MSDS Online<\/a>\u00a0to find information on products used by the Facilities team<\/h4>\n<h4><a href=\"https:\/\/wp.stolaf.edu\/facilities\/st-olaf-facilities-personnel-room-entry-policy-and-protocol\/\">St Olaf Facilities Personnel Room Entry Policy and Protocol<\/a><\/h4>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4>Links to current campus <a href=\"https:\/\/wp.stolaf.edu\/facilities\/facilities-project-updates\/\">Facilities Project Updates<\/a>.<\/h4>\n<p><!-- begin-migrated-from-panel-builder --><!-- end-migrated-from-panel-builder --><\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The St. Olaf Facilities Department provides and maintains a high-quality, clean, and safe environment that supports and enhances the St. Olaf college experience.
