We can help you brainstorm directions, and we can research grant opportunities that match your interests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Research<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Though we will do personalized prospect research for you to identify appropriate grants, we also encourage you to explore available grants on your own. The following free databases list many funding possibilities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/grad.ucla.edu\/funding\/\">UCLA Graduate Education (GRAPES)<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/staff.lib.msu.edu\/harris23\/grants\/3subject.htm\">Michigan State University Libraries<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/grantbulletin.research.uiowa.edu\/\">University of Iowa Division of Sponsored Programs<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/gradschool.cornell.edu\/fellowships\">Cornell University Graduate School Fellowships Database<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/ors.duke.edu\/orsmanual\/postdoctoral-funding\">Duke University Office of Research Support<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Google<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally, these federal sites list funding opportunities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.grants.gov\/\">Grants.gov<\/a> &#8211; This site lists all current funding opportunities from 26 government agencies, including the National Institutes of Health, the National Endowment for the Humanities, the National Endowment for the Arts, the National Science Foundation, the Department of Energy, and others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nsf.gov\/funding\/\">The National Science Foundation (NSF)<\/a> &#8211; NSF funds approximately 20 percent of all federally supported basic research conducted at America&#8217;s colleges and universities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/grants.nih.gov\/grants\/oer.htm\">The National Institutes of Health (NIH)<\/a> &#8211; NIH funds many areas related to human health and disease.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Another option is to consult the menu at left to explore internal and selected external grants by discipline.
