The portal provides secure messaging, appointment scheduling, immunization data, and online form completion.<\/p>\n<h6>HOW DO I LOG INTO the OleCare Portal?<\/h6>\n<p>Students can log into the portal using their St. Olaf Google credentials.<\/p>\n<h6>WHAT IS SECURE MESSAGING?<\/h6>\n<p>The portal provides St. Olaf Health Services staff with a secure and confidential way to communicate with you regarding lab results or follow-up after an appointment. Secure messages become a part of your medical record.<\/p>\n<p><em>*Because secure messages are not continually monitored, <strong>never send urgent concerns<\/strong> via secure message.<\/em><\/p>\n<h6>HOW DO I ACCESS SECURE MESSAGES?<\/h6>\n<p>You will receive an email indicating that you have a new OleCare Portal <strong><u>secure message.<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0When you receive this email notification, log into\u00a0the portal using your St. Olaf College Google credentials. Do not share your log in information with others. Click on Messages in the Portal to view your secure messages. Using secure message is similar to email, but all secure messages that are sent and received become a permanent part of your medical record.<\/p>\n<h4>Student Health portal features for INCOMING STUDENTS<\/h4>\n<p><strong>The OleCare Portal<\/strong> allows you to complete your incoming immunization and TB information which imports directly into your medical record where it is reviewed by Health Services staff.\u00a0 Please refer to detailed information regarding your health history and immunizations on the Health Services Information for Incoming Students section.<\/p>\n<p>As with any other personal identifying information on the internet, always\u00a0<strong>log out<\/strong>\u00a0of\u00a0<strong>The St.<\/strong> <strong>Olaf OleCare Portal <\/strong>and close your internet browser when you are done using the portal to ensure your medical information remains confidential.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">St. Olaf College Health Services &amp; Counseling Center<br \/>OleCare Terms of Service and Privacy Policy<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Below are the terms of service and privacy policy for SMS messages via OleCare Student Health Portal<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Terms of Service:<\/strong> OleCare sends opted-in students appointment reminders and service alerts. Message<br \/>frequency will vary. Reply HELP for more information or contact 507-786-3063. Message and data rates<br \/>may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
