St. Olaf Health Services is getting a new clinic space on campus in the New Hall. We are moving the week of 10\/17\/22-10\/21\/22. During this week of transition, there will not be any appointments available. TimelyCare will be available to meet your health care needs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/wp.stolaf.edu\/timelycare\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">TimelyCare<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> is a wonderful resource for your well being, mental health, and physical health needs. It <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">is a <\/span><b>free<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 24\/7 virtual care app available to all students in the St. Olaf community. This resource is available right where you are located whether it be in your dorm, at home, or on vacation.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Some of the highlights of this service include:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Medical care on demand- This is a virtual urgent care, and the Nurse Practitioner or Physician is able to assess, diagnose, and treat common conditions.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Counseling- All students have 12 free counseling sessions available with a licensed counselor.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Meeting your urgent needs through the TalkNow feature which provides a quick resource for mental health needs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><a style=\"background-color: #ffffff;\" href=\"https:\/\/wp.stolaf.edu\/timelycare\/\">TimelyCare<\/a> also provides unlimited scheduled medical appointments and unlimited health coaching.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Accessing <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">TimelyCare is easy! You can order free at home tests from the Minnesota Department of Health: When you enter your address, you will need to put in your room number\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/mn.gov\/covid19\/get-tested\/at-home\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Order Your Free At-Home Rapid Tests<\/a> through the State of Minnesota (mn.gov)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Use our <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/wp.stolaf.edu\/covid-19\/health-reporting\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">COVID-19 reporting form<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to report symptoms, positive tests, or vaccination\/booster updates.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.health.state.mn.us\/diseases\/coronavirus\/testsites\/index.html#symptoms\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When to test<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: If you feel ill with <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cdc.gov\/coronavirus\/2019-ncov\/symptoms-testing\/symptoms.html\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">COVID like symptoms<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, take a COVID test (day 1 &#8211; 24 hours post onset of symptoms). If the test is negative, repeat the test 48 hours later (day 3).\u00a0 If you test negative and are still concerned you may have COVID-19, you may choose to test again 48 hours after the second test (day 5).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.health.state.mn.us\/diseases\/coronavirus\/testsites\/index.html#symptoms\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Exposed to COVID-19<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Start wearing a mask right away and test five full days (day 5) after the last time you were in close contact with a person with COVID-19. Your last day of contact is day zero. If your test is negative on day 5, repeat another test 24 to 48 hours later (on day 6 or 7) and continue to wear a mask for 10 full days.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Still have questions about how and when to use a self test?
