If you haven\u2019t received your flu shot already, we encourage you to do so, even if you have already been ill. This is because there are two strains of influenza that circulate, Influenza A and Influenza B. Currently, Influenza A is the strain circulating in Minnesota. Even if you have had influenza this flu season, you are still at risk of getting it again. The flu shot is the most effective way to prevent serious illness. You can get a flu shot from a medical clinic or your local pharmacy.
